Are the first 2 courts really free?
Yes — every feature, no time limit, no credit card required. You only pay if you add more than 2 courts. Free courts stay free forever.
How does the subscription work?
Each court beyond the first 2 is ₱10/month. You pay once and the court is active for 30 days. Before the subscription expires, just send another payment and we renew it. Simple as that.
How do I pay for an extra court?
Send the payment via bank transfer (BPI details are shown when you add a court), then email us the receipt. We activate the court within a few hours. No online checkout — just a quick manual step.
What happens if I don't pay after adding a court?
New paid courts start in a "pending" state and are automatically locked after 24 hours if we haven't received payment. Locked courts are hidden from players and can't accept check-ins. Send the payment and we'll activate it right away.
What happens when a subscription expires?
The court locks and is hidden from players. Your free courts keep running normally. Send a renewal payment and we'll reactivate the court within a few hours.
Do I get charged per check-in?
No — there's no per-check-in fee and no load balance to worry about. You pay a flat ₱10/month per extra court, whether you have 1 check-in that month or 100.
Can I add a court back to the free tier?
The first 2 courts in your account are always free (by order of creation). If you delete a paid court and add a new one, the new one will be paid. The free tier is tied to position, not which court it is.
Can players see prices?
Players see the hourly rate you set for each court. Your subscription status is private — only you and your staff see it.
