Are the first 2 courts really free?
Yes — full functionality, no time limit, no credit card needed. Charges only kick in when you run more than 2 courts; each check-in on any court past the first 2 courts costs ₱5.
How does the load work?
Like prepaid load. You send any amount via QR code (minimum ₱500), email the receipt, and we add it to your balance. Every check-in on a chargeable court deducts ₱5. When your balance runs out, chargeable courts pause until you reload — free courts keep running.
What if no players come?
Then nothing is deducted. Load only spends when a chargeable court actually starts a session. You can sit on a balance for as long as you want.
What if a check-in is cancelled?
If you cancel within your venue's free-cancel window (the same window where the customer pays nothing), we refund the load. After that window the customer is billed, so the load deduction stands.
Do bookings deduct load?
No — only check-ins do. Schedule as many future bookings as you want; you only spend load when a customer actually shows up and gets checked in.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (or scan the QR code on your Load page). Send your payment, email the receipt, we add the load within a few minutes.
Can players see prices?
Players see the hourly rate you set on each court (so they can compare before showing up). Your load balance and per-check-in cost stay staff-view only.
