Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CourtView. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CourtView.

1. About CourtView

CourtView is a sports venue management platform that lets venue operators publish live court availability, manage walk-in check-ins and bookings, and share their venue with players. Players can view real-time court status without creating an account.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One account may be used by one venue operator (owner). You may invite staff members through the dashboard. You may not share login credentials across multiple venues owned by different operators.

3. Venue Operators

By registering a venue on CourtView, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your venue, including name, address, phone number, and court details.
Keep your venue information up to date so players receive accurate availability data.
Use CourtView only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
Not use the platform to mislead, defraud, or harm players or other users.
Be solely responsible for all content you publish (announcements, court descriptions, images) and all transactions you record through the platform.

4. Free and Paid Features

Your first two (2) courts are free forever with no time limit and no credit card required. Additional courts beyond the free limit require a paid subscription per court. Subscription fees and terms are displayed in your dashboard under Manage Courts.

Court subscription fees are non-refundable except at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of CourtView or its infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to CourtView in a way that disrupts service
Register venues that do not exist or that you do not operate
Use CourtView to process transactions for illegal activities
Impersonate another person or entity
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform

6. Intellectual Property

CourtView and its content (logos, UI, code) are owned by CourtView. You retain ownership of content you upload (venue photos, announcements). By uploading content, you grant CourtView a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of the service.

7. Availability and Uptime

We aim to keep CourtView available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend access to improve the platform. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if your account is inactive for an extended period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CourtView is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of CourtView is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtView and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Privacy

Your use of CourtView is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of CourtView after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
